There is so much to do and I am so full of energy! We are starting the landscaping work for the natural playscape in the back. We just found a bunch of beautiful oak stumps that will be used to define smaller outdoor spaces and provide some hopping and climbing fun. Some of the stumps are huge and you can clearly see the tree's rings. I draw inspiration from this post at Let the Children Play. We are also adding some spring to the ground under the climbing area with six inches of mulch. The "dirtiest" of projects will be to install the chain link fencing in the gardens on the side of the house. Once we dig and set the posts, the rest should be easy breezy! Now, back to work!
