In the Garden...

We welcome the new growth that spring brings!
To be IN the world of plants
To get down low and enter a living micro-world...
We develop deep connections to nature
 and it rejuvenates the spirit.
It fosters a deep sense of
innerconnectedness
 among all living beings.

These small hands working-

the grasp of the cup, the grip of the shovel, the careful draping of the hand for balance.
These gestures express love and dedication for the present moment.

A sense of fulfillment

came from cutting the flowers,
pouring the water,
and making the arrangement.

Spending time in the garden,
each child finds a creative way
to nourish plants, cultivate life,

and have fun with nature!
